AI-native SaaS platform

Autonomous agents for the work behind your business.

Imnivo builds autonomous business agents powered by Claude. They handle customer communication, process business documents, analyze operational data and carry out multi-step workflows across the software you already use.

Four jobs an agent can take off your team.

Each agent has a clear task, the access it needs and nothing more. You start with one workflow and add others when the first one is running.

    Communication

    Customer messages

Reads incoming questions, checks the order or account, and writes the reply in the customer's language. Routine cases are answered; sensitive ones go to a person.

    Documents

    Business documents

Reads invoices, purchase orders, contracts and forms, pulls out the fields that matter and checks them against your records.

    Data

    Operational analysis

Looks at orders, stock, returns and costs, finds what changed and explains it in plain language with the numbers attached.

    Workflows

    Multi-step execution

Moves work between systems: reads from one tool, decides, writes to another, and reports what it did.

From your systems to a finished task.

Agents work inside your existing software. There is no migration and no new system for your team to learn.

    Connect

    Read your tools

The agent gets scoped access to the systems it needs, such as the inbox, the store back-office or the accounting file.

    Understand

    Work out the task

Claude reads the request, the documents and the data, and plans the steps before it acts.

    Act

    Carry out the steps

The agent replies, updates records, files documents or prepares a recommendation in the right system.

    Report

    Show what happened

Every run ends with a summary and a log of each action, with items that need a decision marked for you.

Example: a stock recommendation from your orders.

The agent reads the last 30 days of orders and current stock, works out how long each product will last and recommends what to reorder. The figures below are sample data.

    How it decides

Reorder to reach 30 days of cover

Daily sales are the 30-day total divided by 30. Days left is stock divided by daily sales. If days left is under 14, the agent recommends enough units to reach 30 days of cover. Slow movers are held back so cash is not tied up in stock.

The recommendation is sent to you for approval. The agent does not place a supplier order on its own.

Enterprise-grade automation, sized for a small team.

Large companies get automation with approvals, audit trails and access control. Imnivo aims to give small and medium-sized businesses the same, without a dedicated IT department.

    Control

    You approve what matters

Refunds, payments and anything sensitive wait for a person before the agent acts.

    Traceability

    Every action is logged

Each run lists what the agent read, decided and changed, so it can be checked later.

    Access

    Only what the task needs

Agents use scoped access to the systems involved, not a blanket login to everything.

    Adoption

    One workflow first

Start with the task that costs you the most time, prove it works, then add the next one.

Pick one task. We will build the agent for it.

Tell us which repetitive task takes your team the most time and which tools it touches. We will show you a working run on your kind of data.
